“Chelsea” is similar to “Cindy” as far as the movements and scheme goes. The difference is this is an Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) style workout.
It is part of a group of workouts called the Benchmark Girls.
It will pay to find a pace that affords you the maximum amount of rest each round without bonking and falling behind in later rounds.
If you fall behind on the clock keep going for 30 mins and see how many rounds you can get.
