40 Sit-ups
20 Dumbbell Bench Press, 50/35 lbs
20 Dumbbell Box Step-ups, 50/35 lbs, 24/20 in
Method
Not a lot to say about this one aside from it consists of dumbbell movements instead of barbell. Dumbbells require a much greater level of balance and accuracy. For the step-ups, allow the dumbbells to hang at your side.
