100 Double Unders

50 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

25 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

100 Double Unders

35 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

15 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups


Fast and furious.

Perform twice as many Single Unders if you cannot perform Double Unders. Keep working at them though.

In the chest to bar pull-up, you are attempting to touch your chest to the bar right at the nipple line for each repetition.
