Workout of the Day

4 rounds for time of:

4 Power Cleans, 205/145 lbs

4 Front Squats, 205/145 lbs

4 Shoulder-to-Overheads, 205/145 lbs

Method

For each round you should move from one movement to the next. On the fourth power clean, you’ll be in the front rack where you’ll transition directly to the front squat. From the front squat, set yourself and push the bar over your head. Press, push press, push/split jerk are all acceptable movements for shoulder-to-overhead.

Scale as needed, but today should be heavy. Remember your technique and form, maintaining midline stability.
