5 rounds, each round for time, of:
15 GHD Sit-ups
Run, 600 m
5 Power Cleans, 65% 1RM
Rest 3 mins between each round.
Method
The GHD is the star of the show today. If going to full extension in the bottom of the movement is too difficult, don’t feel bad just going to parallel as a scaled option until you get comfortable with it.
Once you’re warmed, up calculate your prescribed weight by multiplying .65 times your 1 rep max Power Clean.
